Are you a business support organisation or network looking to improve skills knowledge within your team or service?

If you are a Business Support Organisation (BSO) or network looking to improve skills knowledge within your team or service, then we are encouraging organisations like yours to refer into the Transform programme where a skills need is identified by businesses. To support this, the Transform programme will also offer BSOs free online live training sessions.

We believe that by increasing skills related knowledge and awareness of apprenticeships and government funded skills provision within BSOs that serve East Sussex, it will enable them to better support businesses to improve their productivity and workforce development.

The Transform programme aims to support others and make them feel confident about workforce and skills conversations, including building their knowledge about the local skills offer.

Transform has been part-funded by the European Social Fund 2014-20. It is a partnership between East Sussex County Council and the Sussex Council of Training Providers.

The project is receiving up to £300,000 of funding from the European Social Fund (ESF) as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England ESF programme.
