The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has revealed what skills and training challenges that small and medium-sized businesses say they are faced with, for both owners and employees. Their main challenges are outlined by the themes of chronic skills shortages and gaps, Brexit and immigration-related skills challenges, regional skills challenges, lack of digital skills and leadership and management skills, automation and AI-related skills challenges, lifelong learning in the context of ageing society and entrepreneurial skills.
