The Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) has submitted a blueprint to the government on a design for a new skills account. AELP believes skills accounts can make a positive different in the areas of digital skills entitlement, Level 2 and Level 3 entitlements, right to retrain, Higher Education and Advanced Learner Loans funding and maths and English.
