The Chancellor, Sajid Javid, as well as announcing details of lowering the National Living Wage to age 21 within five years, also announced other measures including increased funding for infrastructure and youth services, and provide up to £4.3billion for UK organisations, such as charities, businesses and universities, if certain types of EU funding end after Brexit.
