A new report published by the Confederation of British Industries (CBI), calls for reforms of the apprenticeship levy to help employers to continue to offer high quality training, relevant to their businesses. The report has four recommendations: Increase transparency around Levy receipts and expenditure, make the levy system more user-friendly, create a sustainable financial plan for the levy budget and open up conversations about the future of the levy.
