The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) have announced that they will put back their plans to charge £40 per apprentice fee for apprenticeship quality assurance. The initial decision was to start charging from September, but following concerns raised, they have now said it will be implemented in November, giving end-point assessment organisations time to adapt to the introduction of the charge.
