The Department for Education (DfE) has confirmed that the Apprenticeship Delivery Board has been closed, stating that it has fulfilled its objectives. The Board’s main purpose was to work to increase apprenticeship starts. The shadow skills minister Gordon Marsden is querying the claim that the Board has fulfilled its objectives.
