The ESFA has published version 2 of the adult education budget (AEB) funding and performance management rules 2019 to 2020. The rules apply to all providers of education and training who receive AEB funding from the ESFA. The changes they have made since version 1, published in May 2019, are set out in the summary of changes section and now include the performance management rules.
