The Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) and the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) have published a report, detailing a series of recommendations for the government to enable more prisoners to take up apprenticeship opportunities while still in prison, to improve their chances of finding sustainable employment on their release.
