The Learning and Work Institute have developed resources to support care leavers into apprenticeships. The downloadable resources are available here. The resources are aimed at encouraging employers to take on care leavers as apprentices and to raise awareness of the funding available to help employers and training providers to better support care leavers on apprenticeships as well as the bursary for care leavers choosing to do an apprenticeship. The leaflets are aimed at care leavers and any organisation that works with care leavers or provides IAG on training and employment, and at employers.
