Barclays has created LifeSkills, which aims to inspire young people to get the skills they need for a better future. They have published a free lesson plan for 14-16 year olds to help teachers support pupils with adaptability skills needed for the workplace. It takes example problems from different industries and challenges pupils to work in groups to plan how they could adapt to solve them.
