SCTP are supporting East Sussex County Council’s (ESCC) Careers Hub initiative to establish a database of providers who are interested in going into East Sussex schools to provide information about their provision. Since January 2018, schools have had a statutory duty to provide opportunities for training providers to access all pupils in years 8 to 13, in order to provide information about qualifications such as apprenticeships. The ESCC Careers Hub is able to act as a bridge between providers and schools by collating this information on this database.
