Since January 2018, schools have had a statutory duty to provide opportunities for training providers to access all pupils in years 8 to 13, in order to provide information about qualifications such as apprenticeships. The Careers Hub (East Sussex County Council) are able to act as a bridge between providers and schools and would like to establish a database of providers who are interested in going into schools to provide information about their provision; this could be in the form of assemblies, talks or supporting careers fairs.
