ESFA Contact Address for 3aaa Enquiries

by | 0 comments

If anyone has any enquiries relating to 3aaa now they have gone into administration, the ESFA has set up a dedicated email address to use: 3.AAA@education.gov.uk.

The ESFA has stated in reply to SCTP’s offer of support that ‘We can confirm that the sourcing of alternative provision to support with the completion of an apprentices programme is the priority for the agency.  There is currently a dedicated team working to identify quality provision for the learners and your interest in providing assistance has been noted. For Levy employers, this is market led and an agreement can be made between employer and provider without intervention from the ESFA. For non-levy apprenticeships.  The Provider Change Team will lead on this and we will identify alternative provision and arrange the transfer of all learners. Where employers contact providers directly and choose to work with that provider, then the employer can write to us on the email address above and request their apprentices are supported by the chosen provider. We will then contact the chosen provider and agree the transfer’.

Meanwhile, this interesting FE News article looks at the implications of the 3aaa situation for the ESFA’s future regulation of providers.
