The ESFA wants to remind all stakeholders of the Employer’s responsibility to select the end-point assessment organisation (EPAO) and to negotiate the price within the funding band for assessment. It is the Provider’s responsibility to contract with the EPAO selected by the Employer and to lead the relationship with the EPAO, including where the delivery of apprenticeship training is subcontracted.
