The DfE has published updated Outcome Based Success Measures (OBSM) showing the employment and learning outcomes of adult FE learners (and all apprentices and all traineeships) that completed training in the 2013/14 and 2014/15 academic years. This release includes a new measure designed to help providers better understand the outcomes of their learners. DfE are looking to further develop these measures and welcome feedback on their usefulness and presentation.
